If there is anything we can say about Dutch people it is that they love their ‘kaas‘, they love their ‘bier‘, and they love their ‘fiets‘.
In fact, their love for bikes seems to go so far it has even infiltrated their language, giving us a variety of expressions related to their favorite two-wheeled form of transportation.
Here are eight different bike-related expressions in Dutch that include their bikes from untranslatable, a multilingual urban dictionary dedicated to sharing and explaining slang and expressions from all over the world.
